Our customer service team is available to respond to inquiries during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to respond to all messages within two business days. Please include your order number and as much detail as possible in your communication to help us resolve your issue quickly.

If you are eligible to return an item, you will receive return authorization instructions, including the correct return address. Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner, our third-party merchandising and fulfillment partner, and must be sent to the fulfillment center address that will be provided to you. Unauthorized returns sent to other addresses may result in delays or inability to process the refund.
